Tsunami experts don’t regret warning

Seawater floods toward the city center at a port in Kesennuma, northern Japan, on Sunday.Scientists acknowledge they overstated the tsunami threat across the Pacific after Chile’s quake, but defended their actions, saying they learned lessons from the 2004 South Asia tsunami.
