In selling itself to the world this week in Miami Beach, the United States rolled back its travel prices a few years. On the sprawling, souvenir-filled floor of the Pow Wow international travel show, roughly 1,200 foreign buyers found steep discounts on hotel rooms, admission prices, bus rentals and other essentials for an American vacation.
